Experience: Joy has over 20 years of experience providing counseling services to adolescents and adults for issues including mood disorders, relationship problems, grief/loss, anxiety, trauma, career change, family conflicts and life transitions.
Approach: With a Masters in Education and background in community services, Joy focuses on establishing the therapeutic relationship based on trust and empathy, then provides skill-building and problem-solving opportunities using Mindfulness, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral therapy techniques.

Experience: Since 2019, Kim has helped folks from middle school to late adulthood with unresolved trauma, uncontrolled anxiety and depression, and the desire to learn new skills (or new ways to use current skills) to create a better life for themselves and their loved ones. Kim specializes working with clients who experience anxiety, autism, depression, grief and loss, LGBTQ+, mindfulness, and trauma and stress-related disorders.
Approach: Kim pulls from a variety of different therapy types to shape an individualized treatment plan with you. Grounded mostly in cognitive-behavioral, strength-based and solution-focused concepts, Kim wants to help you reduce what is not working for you and increase the effectiveness of what does work for you.
