Approach: With a Masters in Education and background in community services, Joy focuses on establishing the therapeutic relationship based on trust and empathy, then provides skill-building and problem-solving opportunities using Mindfulness, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral therapy techniques.

Kim specializes working with clients who experience anxiety, autism, depression, grief and loss, LGBTQ+, mindfulness, and trauma and stress-related disorders.

Approach: Kim pulls from a variety of different therapy types to shape an individualized treatment plan with you. Grounded mostly in cognitive-behavioral, strength-based and solution-focused concepts, Kim wants to help you reduce what is not working for you and increase the effectiveness of what does work for you.
